Area Sales Manager Germany

We have the ambition to strengthen our already existing market position in the DACH region and turn it into a second home market. To succeed we are looking for a very driven Area Sales Manager who is passionate about sales and takes ownership of the sales process in the assigned region.

Your key objectives and responsibilities

  • Achieve the assigned commercial goals in the area of responsibility by
    • supporting the already existing customer portfolio within the region
    • identifying and acquiring new B2B customers
    • developing sustainable customer relationships
  • Conduct sales activities such as account management, product presentation and support, negotiations, …
  • Work closely together with inside sales as well as other departments (e.g. marketing)
  • Represent the brand at relevant trade fairs and events

Your profile

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within consumer products (toys, nursery, fashion, ...).
  • A passion for sales and an entrepreneurial, can-do spirit.
  • Able to work independently, to organize yourself in an efficient way and to prioritize.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willing to be on the road and travel in the assigned region in Germany (80%).
