Key Account Manager Germany

As Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our largest clients in Germany. You will play an important role in ensuring the satisfaction of our key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and contributing to the success of the Trixie brand.
Your key objectives and responsibilities
- You develop and implement strategic plans to grow and maintain relationships with major clients in Germany, including HQ buyers and key decision-makers.
- You keep track of the qualitative and quantitative evolution of your clients and understand the unique needs and requirements of each key account. You provide tailored solutions and negotiate mutually beneficial contracts and agreements.
- Clear and effective communication with clients helps you addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- You monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to proactively identify growth opportunities.
- By collaborating with internal teams such as customer service and marketing …. and by creating a solution-oriented atmosphere, you ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to key clients.
- You attend industry events and trade fairs to network and represent Trixie in the market.
Your profile
- Your track record includes at least 3 years of experience in sales and specifically in managing relationships with major clients in the consumer goods industry. Experience in the toy, nursery, or gifting market is a big plus.
- You have commercial flair and a customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
- The freedom of working independently motivates you to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Your excellent communication and negotiation skills support you to work effectively with your clients’ key decision-makers.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of German and English is required.
