questions? we've got you !

What age is the drinkware suitable for?

We offer different drinking solutions for every stage. Our sippy cup with handles is ideal for early drinkers from 4+ months. To practise drinking from an open cup with less spilling, the 360° cup is suitable from 6+ months. For little ones who are on the go, the straw cup is a great everyday option from 9+ months. From toddler age, many children are ready to switch to a water bottle.

We always recommend supervised use and choosing the option that matches your child’s skills and routine best.

Are the cups leakproof?

Yes. When the cap is shut or the spout is closed, the cups are leakproof, so you can safely pop them in a bag.

When a cup is used without a cap (or if it doesn’t have one, like the sippy cup), it's spill-proof thanks to the built-in valve, which helps prevent mess during everyday sipping.

Can my child open and close it independently?

Most children can learn to open and close the cup on their own with a little practice.
We design closures to bechild-friendly, but early drinkers may still need help at first.

What are drinking cups made of?

Our cups are made from TritanTM, a lightweight yet highly durable material that’s ideal for everyday use by little ones. Tritan is shatter-resistant, so it can handle the bumps and drops that come with busy days at home, at nursery or on the go. It also stays clear and odour-resistant, helping the cup look fresh and clean even with regular use.

Depending on the model, small parts such as the spout, straw or seal are made from food-safe materials that ensure a comfortable fit and a good seal. All materials used are food contact safeBPA-free and compliant with applicable EU standards.

What is the best way to clean the cups?

Rinse after usewith warm water and washing-up liquid. Asmallbrushis helpful for straws and narrow parts. Let everything dry completely before reassembling.

Are the cups dishwasher safe?

Yes, the cups are dishwasher safe in the top rack.

For best results, place small parts (straws/seals) in a cutlery basket or small dishwasher cage, and always allow everything to dry fully before rebuilding.

Can I buy replacement parts?

Yes, we aim to keep cups going for longer withreplacement parts for key components(such as straws, spouts or seals), depending on the model.
Check the product page for your cup, or contact customer care with the product name so we can point you to the correct part.
