Product Designer (textile)
Are you a creative designer with a passion for textile and an interest in sustainable products for babies and children? Then you might soon join our Trixie CROWD!
We are looking for a colleague who monitors trends in the design and children's world and translates them into new product ideas and designs.
Your tasks
- You translate market trends and product briefings into new product concepts for baby products that fit seamlessly with Trixie's brand identity and "infinite imagination" world.
- You visualise these product concepts using mood boards, sketches and design drawings.
- You pay attention to well-considered material choices and you develop your product concepts into a final product by means of briefings with suppliers.
- You work closely with your colleagues from product management and purchasing to bring the projects to a successful conclusion.
- You also take on marketing tasks such as preparing or assisting at trade fairs and photo shoots.
Your profile
- You combine a higher education in product design and/or textile with a first experience in lifestyle.
- As a designer, you have an overall approach in which your design starts from the market context as well as certain objectives for new product ideas. You also set priorities and respect deadlines.
- Programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop hold no secrets for you.
- You express yourself fluently in English (orally and in writing).

- If you are a freelancer, you can make yourself available 3 days a week.
